About Fill & Sign PDF
Fill & Sign PDF helps you complete both interactive PDF forms and documents that contain no editable fields. Fill detected text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns, or manually add text, dates, checkmarks, crosses and initials over a flat or scanned form.
Create a signature by drawing with a mouse, touchpad or touchscreen, typing your name in a signature style or uploading a PNG or JPG image. Each addition can be moved, resized and restyled, and the same signature or initials can be placed wherever required throughout the document.
Before downloading, you can review every page and optionally flatten the completed fields so their visible contents become part of the pages. The tool adds a visible electronic signature rather than a certificate-based digital signature. All processing takes place locally in your browser.
