About NevioPDF

NevioPDF provides online tools for working with PDF documents.

The NevioPDF tools process your files locally inside your browser, on your own device.

Using the website

You may use NevioPDF for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any instructions displayed within a specific tool.

You are responsible for:

• Using each tool appropriately
• Reviewing the settings selected before processing
• Checking the accuracy and suitability of the result
• Keeping backup copies of important files

Your files and content

NevioPDF does not claim ownership of files or content that you submit for processing.

You confirm that you own the files you use or have the necessary permission and legal authority to process them. You must not upload or process files that violate copyright, privacy, confidentiality or any other legal right.

Files processed by NevioPDF remain on your device and are handled locally in your browser. NevioPDF does not receive, store or have access to the files you process through its PDF tools.

You are responsible for retaining your original files and verifying downloaded results before deleting or replacing any original content.

Acceptable use

You must not use NevioPDF to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
• Process files that you do not own or have permission to use
• Create, distribute or facilitate malware, harmful code or fraudulent content
• Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, files or networks
• Remove passwords, restrictions or security controls without authorization
• Generate or use codes, credentials or other materials for deceptive or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage or interfere with the website or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems to place an unreasonable load on the service
• Circumvent technical limits, security controls or access restrictions
• Misrepresent output generated through the tools as officially certified, registered or guaranteed when it is not

We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or third parties from abuse, security threats or unlawful activity.

Accuracy of results

NevioPDF is designed to provide useful and reliable results, but no automated tool is error-free.

Converting, compressing, editing, organizing, extracting, signing, protecting or otherwise processing a PDF may change its formatting, quality, metadata or other characteristics.

You should independently verify results when accuracy is important. NevioPDF should not be relied upon as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, tax, engineering, safety-critical or other professional decisions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep NevioPDF available and functioning reliably, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Tools may be updated, replaced, limited, suspended or removed when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical reasons or improvement of the service.

Free access

The current NevioPDF tools are available free of charge. If this changes, these Terms will be updated at that time.

Intellectual property

The NevioPDF name, website design, interface, original text, graphics, icons, branding and underlying website code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of NevioPDF or its content to you. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute or create a competing service from protected parts of the website except where permitted by law or by an applicable open-source licence.

Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.

NevioPDF may rely on or link to third-party services, libraries, websites or infrastructure providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. NevioPDF is not responsible for external websites or for changes, interruptions or actions controlled exclusively by third parties.

No warranty

NevioPDF is provided on an “as available” basis. We take reasonable care in developing and maintaining the website, but we do not guarantee that every tool will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NevioPDF and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, inability to use or reliance on the website or its results.

This includes loss caused by corrupted files, altered formatting, lost data, incompatible output, inaccurate calculations, interruption of service or failure to retain an original backup.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
